Orlanthia is a certified personal trainer that has 15 years experience in family food preparation.
She will talk to us about our daily nutritional needs, and about what we should be doing each day and each week, to help our bodies feel and perform their best. It’s about setting an intention to feed your body what it needs to get you through your week, whatever that may look like. You are also setting an intention of self love, when you make the decision to properly care for your nutrition.
